This internship is designed for fresh graduates who want to gain practical exposure to HR operations such as candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment administration. Key Responsibilities **Recruitment Assistance** * Support the HR team in posting job openings and managing company career portals. * Review and screen resumes according to job requirements. * Conduct initial phone screenings and basic behavioral interviews. * Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. **Candidate Coordination** * Gather interview feedback from internal stakeholders. * Maintain organized and accurate candidate records and recruitment data. * Share shortlisted candidates with senior HR team members for further evaluation. Requirements * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline. * HR or Talent Acquisition certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
