Associate Manager Human Resources

**Job Summary:** TRole Overview: The Hospitality HR Associate Manager supports the delivery of HR services across hotel operations, ensuring effective talent management, employee engagement, and HR compliance. The role works closely with hotel leadership to support recruitment, onboarding, and day\-to\-day HR operations within the hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities: 1\. Recruitment \& Onboarding Support end\-to\-end recruitment for hospitality roles (front office, F\&B, housekeeping, etc.). Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding processes. Ensure smooth pre\-boarding and induction for new hires. 2\. HR Operations Maintain employee records and HR system (Oracle Fusion). Support payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking. Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws. 3\. Employee Relations Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR support. Assist in handling employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary processes. Promote positive employee engagement and workplace culture. 4\. Performance \& Development Support performance management cycles (goal setting, reviews, follow\-ups). Coordinate training programs and learning initiatives. Assist in tracking employee development plans. 5\. HR Reporting \& Compliance Prepare HR reports and dashboards (headcount, turnover, etc.). Ensure compliance with HR policies and audit requirements. Support implementation of HR initiatives across properties. Key Skills \& Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of HR systems (Oracle Fusion preferred) Understanding of UAE labor law Organizational and coordination skills Attention to detail and confidentiality Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 8\+ years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality * Experience supporting hotel operations or multi\-property environments preferred
