The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal counsel, conducting legal research, drafting documents, and representing clients in courts or tribunals. The individual will work closely with senior lawyers, manage client communications, prepare contracts and agreements, analyze case information, and ensure compliance with legal protocols. The role also involves keeping abreast of changes in national and international laws relevant to cases. **Qualifications** * Strong skills in Legal Research, Legal Drafting, and Contract Analysis * Proficiency in Client Representation and Advocacy in legal proceedings * Effective Communication and Negotiation abilities * Attention to detail and excellent Organizational Skills * Ability to work collaboratively with teams in a professional environment * Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of Urdu is a plus * Knowledge of international and Pakistani legal systems * LLB or equivalent degree; license to practice law in Pakistan is required
