Every day, we build a culture where we all feel connected, supported, and empowered. **The Role** As a lawyer in the FinTech commercial law team, you will be part of a team supporting Nasdaq FinTech division with legal advice and services. We are a small team of driven and dedicated lawyers reporting to the FinTech Division Counsel, and we are excited to welcome you! **Key Responsibilities** * Drafting and negotiating agreements, mainly for FinTech product\- and service offerings including agreements with customers and resellers and third\-party vendors, data providers, and partners * Protecting the intellectual property rights of the business and facilitating growth by taking part in acquisitions, divestments, and negotiations with partners * As required providing legal assistance to other business units within the Nasdaq’s organization * Working with management and other associates to give general legal advice to maintain risk at the desired level * Support the business in product development activities, for example by ensuring that new lines of business have appropriate contracts and other documents in place * Supporting the business with legal advice in connection with AI‑related initiatives and AI‑enabled products, including risk assessment, governance, and contractual considerations **Required Qualifications** * Masters of law degree * At least 4 years of proven experience within a law firm or international corporation * Experience in commercial contracts, such as sales, vendor, SaaS, and other commercial agreements * Experience advising on AI‑related legal issues and emerging technologies, including supporting business initiatives involving AI, automation, or advanced analytics * Experience in using Agentic Support to increase efficiency and quality of legal work * Experience with negotiations * Ability to work independently, although close together with team members, and has strong communication skills * Proficiency in English and Swedish (written and spoken) This position will be located in Stockholm and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment with at least 3 days a week in\-office (subject to change), providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates. **What We Offer** We offer a competitive, well\-rounded rewards package that supports you and your family \- inside and outside work. * Competitive base salary * Annual bonus * Annual equity grant * Employee Stock Purchase Plan offering discounted company shares * Pension plan * 32 paid vacation days * 6 additional days off per year (flex days) * Fitness Allowance/Friskvårdsbidrag * Work from (almost) anywhere – up to 20 days/year * Paid time off to volunteer * Health insurance * 24/7 mental health support for you and your family * Access to e\-learning platforms **Does this sound like you?** Please submit your resume as soon as possible, as we will be reviewing applications on an ongoing basis. **Come as You Are** Nasdaq is an equal opportunity employer.
