Job Description
Associate - AML Compliance
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain AML/CFT policies, procedures, and controls.
- Conduct customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), and ongoing monitoring.
- Identify, assess, and report suspicious transactions/activities (STR/SAR).
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and relevant supervisory authority requirements.
- Support AML risk assessments, audits, and regulatory inspections of clients
- Deliver AML awareness and training to clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, law, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in AML compliance is preferred
- Good Knowledge of AML laws and regulatory framework.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
