Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver lectures and practical sessions on topics related to human nutrition and dietetics, including nutritional assessment and nutritional biochemistry.
- Develop, update, and maintain curriculum content to ensure alignment with current scientific research and dietary practices.
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and utilize findings to inform educational materials and clinical guidelines.
- Engage in rigorous academic research leading to publication in peer-reviewed journals, contributing to the university’s scholarly reputation.
- Supervise and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students to support their academic progress and professional development.
- Participate in departmental meetings and academic committees to contribute to program development and quality assurance.
- Assist in preparing academic reports, grant applications, and other documentation required for research funding and institutional compliance.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders to enhance educational and research initiatives within the field of human nutrition.
