The candidate should possess strong academic credentials with proven expertise in teaching, academic administration, and Food \& Beverage operations. Prior experience in NAAC accredited institutions is essential. Eligibility Criteria * Ph.D. in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management / Tourism Management / Management or relevant discipline (Mandatory) * Master’s Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management or related field from a recognized university. * Minimum relevant teaching experience in higher education institutions. * Experience in academic administration and departmental coordination. * Hands\-on industry knowledge in complete Food \& Beverage operations. * Prior experience in NAAC accredited colleges/institutions is mandatory. * Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills. Key Responsibilities * Deliver high\-quality teaching for BHM undergraduate programs. * Teach core subjects related to Food Production, Food \& Beverage Service, Front Office, Housekeeping, Hospitality Operations, and Management subjects. * Train students in practical hospitality skills with industry standards. * Manage and supervise Food \& Beverage labs, training restaurants, banquets, and practical sessions. * Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments. * Handle student mentoring, internships, projects, and placement support. * Coordinate academic schedules, university compliance, and departmental documentation. * Contribute actively to NAAC accreditation processes, IQAC activities, and quality initiatives. * Organize workshops, guest lectures, industry visits, events, and hospitality training programs. * Build industry linkages for internships and placements. * Support admissions, student engagement, and institutional development initiatives. **Desired Skills** * Strong practical expertise in complete F\&B operations. * Excellent classroom delivery and student engagement skills. * Leadership and administrative capabilities. * Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and standards. * Ability to manage labs, events, and training operations effectively. * Proficiency in digital teaching tools and documentation systems.
