**Role Description**
This is a full\-time, on\-site Assistant role located in Rawalpindi. The Assistant will support day\-to\-day operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communication, and performing administrative tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining records, preparing reports, and providing general support to ensure efficient office operations. The role requires excellent organizational and multitasking skills to contribute effectively to the team’s success.
**Qualifications**
* Administrative and organizational skills, including scheduling, record\-keeping, and report preparation
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment
* Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office and communication tools
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in all tasks
* Customer service orientation and a problem\-solving mindset
* Previous experience in an administrative or support role is preferred but not mandatory
* Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications will be an added advantage
