Labcorp is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at Bangalore, Karnataka, India **Work Schedule** 40hrs a week (Monday to Friday) in a rotational shift **Job Responsibilities** * Ensure appropriate resources available providing day to day supervision of the Team in order to deliver tasks according to procedural requirements and agreed upon service levels * Develop, train and coach the team based on procedural and development requirements * Coordinate and monitor individuals progress to ensure achievement of Quality, Cost and Delivery performance metrics * Ensure the consistent implementation, use and review of SOPs by maintain the same standards across all client teams * Publish and communicate performance metrics and take appropriate actions when needed * Accountable for the Teams performance, requiring timely communicating of issues to management * Monitor, track, manage and ensure resolution of all customer complaints, service failures, issues and concerns taking corrective and preventative actions where appropriate. Robust actions must be taken to ensure the same service failure does not reoccur * Ensure effective and timely adherence to management communications, meetings and procedures * Complete thorough, timely and well\-documented performance evaluations providing objective feedback to the individual team member * Other duties as assigned **Minimum Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in life science **Preferred Qualifications** * Minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience * Minimum of 2 years management experience * Ability to influence internal partners * Ability to deliver consistent team performance * Ability to coach, train and guide individuals to ensure optimal team performance * Demonstrated strong customer service skills * Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills * Strong planning and organizational skills **Working Conditions** * Perform in a general office setting. * Sit for sustained periods of time in front of monitor. * Perform with multiple interruptions. * Requires frequent priority adjustment. * Requires the ability to manage multiple priorities. * May be required to work overtime. **Labcorp Is Proud To Be An Equal Opportunity Employer** Labcorp strives for inclusion and belonging in the workforce and does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
