Position: Asst. General Manager – Sales \& Marketing Location: Andhra Pradesh \& Telangana Department: Sales \& Marketing Reporting To: General Manager – Sales \& Marketing Role Summary The AGM – Sales \& Marketing will drive business growth, client acquisition, and brand expansion across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh for 4K Sports Infra Pvt Ltd. This role combines strategic planning, sales execution, and team leadership to strengthen presence in the sports infrastructure sector across both regions. Key Responsibilities1\. Strategy \& Growth * Develop and execute regional sales strategies for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh branches * Identify opportunities in government, institutional, and private sectors. * Drive revenue growth, forecasts, and regional expansion plans. 2\. Sales \& Client Acquisition * Lead B2B \& B2C sales targeting schools, colleges, academies, developers, and government bodies. * Manage the end\-to\-end sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → closure. * Ensure strong pipeline development and conversion performance. 3\. CRM \& Lead Management * Enforce 100% CRM usage and compliance across teams. * Track full lead lifecycle and generate weekly pipeline reports. * Monitor KPIs like conversion rates, follow\-ups, and closures. 4\. Team Leadership * Build and manage high\-performing regional sales teams. * Set targets, conduct reviews, and drive accountability. * Lead training, onboarding, and performance coaching. 5\. Marketing \& Branding * Oversee digital and offline marketing initiatives for both regions. * Support lead generation campaigns and brand positioning. * Represent the company at events, expos, and networking forums. 6\. Cross\-Functional Coordination * Work closely with Digital Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and Procurement teams. * Ensure seamless handover from sales to execution. * Support tenders, contracts, and commercial processes. 7\. Reporting \& Market Insights * Track market trends, competition, and customer needs. * Present sales performance, forecasts, and strategic insights to management.
