Assistant General Manager

**PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES** To manage the Plant \& Machinery department efficiently by overseeing the operations, maintenance, and manpower management of all construction site equipment and machinery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and cost\-effectiveness. **RESPONSIBILITIES :** * 15 \-19 years of experience in handling plant \& machinery department * Deep understanding of the working of Tower Crane, DG, Boom Pump, Hoist, Backhoe loaders, Telehandlers, Concrete Pump and all equipment in any typical construction site * Good communication skills and interpersonal skills * Hold on MIS * Ability to handle ERP is an added advantage * A people's manager who can keep the motivation of the team members levels high * Deep understanding of the business exigencies and ability to translate business objectives into the objectives of the P\&M department * Deep understanding of the equipment, machinery, tools, parts that are required at various points in time to operate the P\&M department as well as the sites * Good in cost calculations, cost savings * Innovative * Mobilize the required man power for the operations of the vertical * Preferred to have worked few years in Regional or Head Office **PREFERRED PROFILE :** Education : B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical or Electrical or relevant field Experience : 15 \- 19 years of experience in handling plant \& machinery department ( Multiple projects ) Skills : ERP Knowledge and Good in commutation
