Job Description
**Job Summary:** The Assistant General Manager/ General Manager will be overseeing the daily operations of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and achievement of business goals. The AGM/GM will lead multiple departments, maintain service standards, and ensure profitability while fostering a positive work environment. **Only MUMBAI\- THANE candidates are preferred.** **The Opening is for Sea N Rock hotel \& for upcoming project.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Managing overall resort operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, sales, Food \& Beverage, and Maintenance. * Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining quality service standards and promptly addressing guest concerns. * Supervise and guide department heads to achieve operational and financial targets. * Monitor daily operations, occupancy, and revenue performance. * Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and service standards. * Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards. * Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures. * Handle guest complaints and escalations in a professional and timely manner. * Support recruitment, training, and performance management of staff. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations. * Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to drive occupancy and revenue growth. **Qualifications \& Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field * Minimum 8\-10 years of experience in hotel/resort operations. * At least 2–3 years in a managerial role. * Experience in luxury or resort properties preferred.
