**Key Requirements:**

**8–15 years of experience**
in Institutional Sales
✔️
**Mandatory experience in Dairy Industry**
✔️ Strong exposure to
**HORECA, B2B \& Institutional Sales**
✔️ Well\-established network in
**Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers, Corporates \& Institutions**
✔️ Proven track record of achieving
**sales targets \& business growth**
✔️ Excellent leadership, negotiation \& stakeholder management skills
💼
**Job Responsibilities:**
• Develop and execute
**institutional sales strategies**
specifically for dairy products
• Drive business growth across
**HORECA \& key institutional accounts**
• Identify and onboard new clients in the
**Delhi NCR region**
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts
• Lead and mentor the institutional sales team
• Ensure achievement of
**revenue, volume \& profitability targets**
• Collaborate with supply chain \& operations for seamless execution
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities \& customer needs
