The role involves overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality service. Responsibilities include monitoring budgets, managing teams, maintaining high customer service standards, and supporting general management efforts. You will collaborate closely with other leadership personnel to drive operational success and exceed guest expectations. **Qualifications** * Proficiency in Operations Management roles * Strong skills in Customer Service and Team Management * Experience in Budgeting and financial planning * Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities * Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making skills * Familiarity with restaurant industry standards and practices * Proven ability to work in a fast\-paced, team\-oriented environment * A diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is considered an asset
