The Assistant General Manager will oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to brand standards. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with departmental managers, monitoring budgets, optimizing operational efficiency, and maintaining quality standards for customer satisfaction. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and driving overall improvements to maximize profitability. **Qualifications** * Leadership and Team Management: Experience in supervising staff, fostering a collaborative team environment, and promoting efficient operations. * Financial Acumen: Proficiency in budget management, cost control, and understanding key financial metrics. * Customer Service: Expertise in delivering exceptional guest experiences and resolving guest inquiries professionally. * Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with daily hotel operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining brand standards. * Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and multi\-task effectively. * Proficiency in hospitality software and technology is an advantage. * Previous management experience in the hospitality industry with a focus on full\-service or select\-service hotels is preferred. * Educational qualifications in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field are an asset. * Proactive problem\-solving skills with a focus on achieving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
