The role involves managing indenting operations, liaising with multinational suppliers, coordinating with local customers, sourcing specialty chemicals, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The Assistant General Manager will also oversee team performance, contribute to strategic planning, and support business development initiatives. **Qualifications** * Experience in indenting, sourcing, and procurement of specialty chemicals within relevant industries. * Strong collaboration and communication skills for managing supplier and client relationships. * Proficiency in strategic planning, team management, and performance monitoring. * Analytical skills for market research and trend analysis within the chemical industry. * Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant business management software. * Ability to work on\-site in the Lahore District and manage cross\-functional teams effectively. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. * Prior experience in the chemical, manufacturing, or related industries will be advantageous.
