About the Position
- *Support the General Manager with the daily operation of the hotel*
- *Lead, coach and develop department heads and teams*
- *Drive guest satisfaction, operational standards and commercial performance*
- *Champion a positive, engaging workplace culture*
- *Provide confident leadership in the General Manager’s absence*
The Successful Candidate
- *Previous experience as a Deputy General Manager, Hotel Manager or senior hotel leader*
- *Background within a branded 4/5-star hotel environment*
- *Strong commercial awareness and operational knowledge*
- *Passionate about people, service and delivering exceptional experiences*
