F\&B, Guest Experience, Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Stores, Procurement, Cost Control, Projects, and overall Operational Support Functions
**Role Overview**
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and integrating all operational departments to ensure the seamless delivery of exceptional guest experiences while achieving business and financial objectives. Working closely with the General Manager and department heads, the AGM ensures the highest standards of service, operational efficiency, resource optimisation, and brand integrity across this heritage property.
