About the Role
Xper2Go Pvt. Ltd., a growing technology\-driven service provider supporting the hospitality industry in the U.S., is looking for a detail\-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Assistant Commercial Operations.
Requirements

✅ Ability to work in a structured, process\-driven, and fast\-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
• Draft and manage internal and external communications on behalf of the Director
• Ensure structured documentation and record\-keeping of departmental communication
• Act as a central coordination point between Commercial Operations and other departments .
• Facilitate inter\-departmental communication to avoid delays and misalignment
• Maintain trackers for ongoing initiatives, proposals, and operational tasks
• Proactively follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Highlight delays, bottlenecks, and risks to the Director
• Ensure accountability by tracking ownership and deadlines across departments
• Assist in preparing and reviewing client proposals, quotations, vendor coordination and documentation
• Assist in maintaining SOP adherence across commercial and operational workflows
• Prepare periodic reports, dashboards, and summaries for management review
