**Job Position: Assistant Accountant**
Location: Gulberg III, Lahore, Pakistan
Job Type: Full\-Time, Permanent
Shift: 01:00 PM to 09:00 PM (PST), Monday to Friday

We are a UK\-based accounting firm specializing in providing accounting and bookkeeping services to law firms. With an offshore office in Lahore, we offer a dynamic work environment with growth opportunities for aspiring accountants.
**Role and Responsibilities:**
As an Assistant Accountant, your key responsibilities will include:
* Updating banking transactions on client accounting software.
* Managing sales and purchase invoices.
* Conducting bank reconciliations.
* Running month\-end and year\-end financial reports.
* Processing payroll on Sage 50 Payroll.
* Preparing and submitting VAT returns.
* Assisting clients with year\-end audits.
* Preparing and submitting company accounts to Companies House.
* Preparing and submitting personal and company tax returns to HMRC.

**Requirements:**

Fresh graduates to 1 year of relevant experience.
