Area Sales Manager

We are looking for a results\-driven professional to manage real estate agency portfolios, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships within the assigned area. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: \- Manage and grow agency accounts \- Conduct client visits, product demos, and close deals \- Achieve regional revenue targets \- Onboard new clients and revive inactive accounts \- Identify upsell and cross\-sell opportunities \- Track KPIs through CRM and ensure strong client engagement 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: \- Bachelor’s degree (Business or related field) \- 2–3 years of field sales experience in FMCG or Pharma industry \- Strong communication and negotiation skills \- Proficient in MS Office 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀: Fixed salary \+ commissions, bonuses, fuel allowance, company laptop \& phone, SIM \& internet allowance, provident fund, health \& life insurance (after confirmation), and performance\-based rewards.
