required to join a global manufacturer in the Nordics.

The successful Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer will be fully remote within the Nordics, while actively expanding the brand’s presence, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities for process instrumentation and measurement solutions across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland depending on your location.

The Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer will ideally have process instrumentation sales experience with a desire to progress within a global brand. Full product training provided.

Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer Role

  • Own the process instrumentation market in the Nordics, promoting our full portfolio of pressure, level, flow, and temperature instruments, including gauges, switches, sensors, and analytical measurement solutions.
  • Build strong instrumentation partnerships with distributors, End Users, or OEMs to ensure long-term success and loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed instrumentation sales targets, driving measurable revenue growth across your territory.
  • Provide hands-on training and guidance to dealer and partner teams, enhancing technical knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams - technical, operations, and finance - to ensure smooth execution of instrumentation projects and exceptional partner satisfaction.

Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer Requirements

  • Proven process instrumentation sales experience, including pressure, temperature, flow, level, or analytical measurement products.
  • Strong technical insight in instrumentation solutions, with mechanical, electrical, or process engineering knowledge to engage confidently with decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and expand instrumentation OEM \& End User networks.
  • Fluent in English and able to communicate about instrumentation solutions in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish is a plus.
  • Instrumentation Service Engineers looking for progression into sales are encouraged to apply.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and energized by travel, with the ability to work remotely while growing the instrumentation business across the Nordics.
