As the 4th largest branded diaper manufacturer in the world and the leading tissue producer in the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and Africa, Hayat employs over 10,000 people across its operations. **About the Role:** We are currently seeking a dynamic and performance\-driven professional to join our Sales team as an **Area Sales Manager – Hyderabad** in the South region. If you are passionate about driving business growth, leading high\-performing teams, and delivering strong market execution in a fast\-paced FMCG environment, then Hayat is waiting for you! **Responsibilities:** * Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, distribution, and visibility targets across assigned channels * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to ensure sustainable business growth within the territory * Manage and strengthen distributor networks to ensure effective coverage, service levels, and return on investment (ROI) * Negotiate and implement annual agreements, promotional plans, trade activities, and sales targets with distributors and key customers * Ensure strong execution of trade and channel strategies, including visibility and in\-store point\-of\-buy (POB) execution * Lead, coach, and develop distributor and company sales teams to improve performance and market execution * Conduct regular market visits to monitor competition, identify growth opportunities, and ensure effective retail execution * Ensure efficient stock management and timely recovery of receivables in line with company policies * Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other cross\-functional teams to ensure smooth operations * Utilize market intelligence and sales data to identify opportunities and drive business decisions * Ensure compliance with company policies, trade standards, and regulatory requirements within the territory **QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field * 6–8 years of progressive sales experience in the FMCG industry * Strong experience in area sales management, distributor handling, and team leadership * Solid understanding of sales fundamentals, trade marketing, and distribution management * Familiarity with General Trade, Wholesale, and Modern Trade channels * Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and sales reporting tools * Ability to analyze market trends and drive data\-based decisions **OTHER REQUIREMENTS** * Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area * Valid driving license **Get to know us** https://www.hayat.com/en\-tr/ https://www.instagram.com/hayatkimya/
