Job Description
1\. Achieving Sales Turnover Meet or exceed monthly and yearly segment\-wise sales targets. Drive growth in the assigned territory by building on previous sales performance. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to optimize sales strategy. 2\. Channel Partner Management Maintain effective communication and coordination with existing channel partners. Ensure partners comply with digital process requirements. Identify and onboard new channel partners to strengthen market coverage. 3\. Brand Building Activities Plan and execute brand\-building events such as: Mechanic meetings Fleet owner meets Dealer and sub\-dealer engagements Visual merchandising initiatives Enhance brand visibility and ensure consistent brand representation in the market. 4\. Digital Initiative Compliance Support and implement all digital initiatives introduced by the company. Enable channel partners to adopt digital tools and platforms for business enhancement. Track and report digital engagement metrics within the territory. 5\. Scheme Implementation Effectively communicate ongoing incentive schemes to Dealers, Sub\-Dealers, and Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs). Ensure timely and accurate implementation of schemes to drive participation and boost sales performance. Monitor scheme effectiveness and provide feedback for improvements.
