The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, building and maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and developing strategies to drive business growth. The role involves managing a team of sales professionals, generating leads, conducting market research, and identifying new opportunities for customer acquisition and retention. Additionally, the Manager will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. **Qualifications** * Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills * Leadership and team management experience * Proficiency in market research and business development * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills * Ability to analyze sales data and implement effective strategies * Problem\-solving skills and a results\-oriented mindset * Knowledge of the home building industry or related sectors is an asset * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) * Competence with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite * Self\-motivated and capable of working in a fast\-paced environment
