Job Description
* **Job Title: Sales Hunter – UAE** * **Location:** Dubai, UAE * **Experience:** 12\+ Years **Role Overview** We are looking for a high\-performing **Sales Hunter** with a proven track record of driving **new business acquisition** in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new logo opportunities across key industry verticals. **Key Responsibilities** * Drive **end\-to\-end sales cycle** from prospecting to deal closure for new accounts in UAE * Identify and develop **new logo acquisition strategies** across target industries * Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned with revenue targets * Engage with **CXO\-level stakeholders** to understand business challenges and position solutions * Collaborate with pre\-sales, delivery, and solution teams to craft winning proposals * Lead **RFP/RFI responses** , commercial negotiations, and contract closures * Leverage local market knowledge to identify growth opportunities * Maintain strong understanding of competition and market trends **Key Requirements** * 12\+ years of experience in **enterprise sales / hunting roles** , preferably in IT Services or Consulting * Proven success in **new business acquisition in the UAE market** * Strong network with enterprise clients in UAE * Experience in selling **digital transformation, cloud, data, AI, or managed services** * Demonstrated ability to close large deals (multi\-million USD preferred) * Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills **Preferred Skills** * Experience working with global delivery models * Understanding of key sectors: BFSI, Retail, Energy, or Public Sector * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment **KPIs / Success Metrics** * New logo acquisition * Annual contract value (ACV) / Total contract value (TCV) * Sales pipeline growth and conversion ratio * Revenue targets achievement
