This is a hybrid, full\-time role for a hands\-on leader who thrives in a fast\-paced environment and is ready to take real ownership of their region. You will be the driving force behind operational excellence, team development, and commercial performance across your sites — acting as the critical link between your store teams and senior leadership. **What You Will Do** • Oversee day\-to\-day operations across five itsu locations, ensuring consistently high standards • Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and their teams to reach their full potential • Monitor and analyse KPIs and financial data to drive performance and profitability • Implement operational strategies that improve efficiency and customer experience • Drive local marketing initiatives to grow sales within your region • Ensure full compliance with brand standards, health \& safety, and company policies • Act as a key liaison between franchise locations and senior management **What We Are Looking For** • Proven experience as a General Manager, Area Manager, or Regional Manager within the QSR or fast\-casual industry • Strong ability to interpret financial data and KPIs and translate insight into action • A natural leader with a track record of developing high\-performing teams • Confident communicator — both written and verbal — at all levels of the business • Commercially minded with experience driving local marketing and sales initiatives • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle — travel across the M4 Corridor is a key part of this role • Someone looking for a long\-term opportunity to grow with an ambitious business **Why Invalleon** We are a business that invests in its people as much as its operations.
