Source Code Academia is looking for an experienced
Online Arabic Teacher
to join our growing academic team. This position is ideal for educators who have proven experience teaching Arabic in a live online classroom environment and can effectively communicate with students in English.

- Prior online Arabic teaching experience is mandatory.
- Candidates without online teaching experience will not be considered.
- Strong English communication skills are required.
Work Schedule

- Shift Timing:
Night Shift (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM PKT)
- Teaching Hours:
Approximately 6 hours of live teaching per shift, with the remaining time allocated to lesson planning, reporting, assessments, and academic coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live online Arabic classes according to the Source Code Academia Arabic Curriculum.
- Teach Arabic language skills including reading, writing, speaking, listening, and grammar.
- Prepare worksheets, assignments, quizzes, and assessments.
- Monitor student performance and provide regular progress updates.
- Use interactive teaching methods, digital tools, and visual aids to enhance student engagement.
- Submit weekly academic progress reports to the Head of Department (HOD).
- Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs), faculty meetings, and training sessions.
- Maintain a professional, organized, and interactive virtual classroom environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience teaching Arabic online (mandatory).
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Degree in Arabic Language, Islamic Studies, Linguistics, Education, or a related field (B.Ed / M.Ed is a plus).
- Strong command of Arabic grammar, pronunciation, and language structure.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly to students from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience using Zoom, Google Meet, Google Sheets, digital whiteboards, and other online teaching tools.
- Experience teaching Quranic Arabic or Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) will be considered an advantage.
