At iTack Solutions, we focus on designing intuitive and compliant platforms that shape the future of efficient and high\-quality healthcare delivery. **Role Description** This is a full\-time, on\-site role for an Arabic Speaker \- Customer Support position at iTack Solutions, located in Karāchi. As a Customer Support Representative, you will assist Arabic\-speaking customers by responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. Your daily tasks will include managing customer communication via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting technical problems, and providing product guidance. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross\-functional teams to address customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our solutions. **Qualifications** * Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) and proficiency in English for effective communication with Arabic\-speaking customers * Experience in customer service, client support, or a related role * Strong problem\-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve technical and non\-technical challenges * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening and empathy * Proficiency in using CRM tools, customer support software, and basic technical platforms * Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work collaboratively in an on\-site team environment * Experience in the healthcare or technology industry is a plus * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Communications, Information Technology, or Business, is preferred
