Reference 24000PBG **Responsibilities** **Job and competencies description** * Process involves support provided to a spectrum of Human Resource (HR) functions which are largely transaction in nature. * Engage in processing and reviewing of transaction as per the standard operating procedures and guidelines. * Support the manager in the management of workflow and reporting. * Responsible to Perform all Data Management activities with 100% quality is met for Critical Processes and 99% for Non\-Critical Processes * Manage the HR Application tool with the employee database by making the necessary changes as applicable. * Widely work on HR Cruise tool with updating \& Reports.
