**AM / Manager – Hotel Contracting,**

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing hotel partnerships for MICE projects, ensuring competitive rates, favorable contract terms, and seamless accommodation arrangements aligned with client briefs and event requirements.
**Required KRAs :**
* Develop and execute the hotel contracting strategy aligned with overall business goals and target markets.
* Identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable hotels for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions, and Group Travel.
* Negotiate competitive rates, room blocks, meeting spaces, commissions, value\-adds, and favorable contractual terms.
* Secure annual rate agreements and project\-based contracts to ensure profitability and market competitiveness.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel sales teams and key stakeholders.
* Support the Sales team with timely hotel options, detailed costings, and destination insights for proposals and bids.
* Coordinate closely with Operations for seamless handover and successful execution, including accommodation, transportation, catering, signage, printing, and event security.
* Maintain accurate records of delegate bookings, payments, and rooming lists; manage onsite check\-ins, checkouts, and post\-event reconciliations.
* Review post\-event performance including room pick\-up, revenue, and margins, and refine contracting strategies for continuous improvement.
