AI Solution Leader

**About the Role:** We’re looking for a dynamic AI Solutions Lead to drive innovation, support presales, and help organizations unlock measurable value through AI and Generative AI. This is a high\-impact role where you will work closely with leadership, clients, and cross\-functional teams to shape and deliver transformative AI solutions. ***Location:*** *Karachi (onsite)* **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead AI strategy, solutioning, and innovation initiatives across client engagements * Partner with sales teams to support presales activities, including demos, proposals, and solution design * Conduct customer workshops, discovery sessions, and AI awareness programs * Design, develop, and deploy real\-world AI/GenAI solutions (LLMs, copilots, automation use cases) * Translate complex business problems into scalable AI\-driven solutions * Enable and mentor internal teams through hands\-on training and upskilling initiatives * Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, driving adoption and value realization **Core Requirements:** * Bachelor's/Master's in computer science, AI or related fields. * 8\-10 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or related domains * Strong hands\-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) * Expertise in prompt engineering, AI frameworks, and model integration * Solid programming skills, preferably in Python * Proven experience in presales, consulting, or solution architecture roles * Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders * Demonstrated ability to connect business needs with AI\-driven solutions * Experience with cloud AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS, or Google Cloud AI * Knowledge of MLOps, data engineering, and model deployment pipelines * Exposure to enterprise AI use cases across industries * Experience building AI copilots, chatbots, or automation solutions
