Guided by our passion for building, our team of engineers and problem\-solvers treats each project as if it were our own. **Role Description** This is a full\-time on\-site role for an AI Lead, based in Gilgit. The AI Lead will oversee the design, development, and implementation of AI solutions to solve complex problems and drive innovation. The role involves leading and mentoring a team of AI engineers, conducting research to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, and collaborating with cross\-functional teams to align solutions with company needs. The AI Lead will ensure high\-quality code, manage timelines efficiently, and contribute to the technical vision and strategy of the organization. **Qualifications** * Proficiency in AI and machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and model optimization * Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar technologies * Experience in data analysis, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision * Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor a technical team and manage projects * Ability to conduct academic or applied research to drive innovative AI solutions * Excellent problem\-solving and critical\-thinking skills * Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and engineering best practices * Relevant educational background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields * Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and distributed systems is a plus * Prior experience working with early\-stage startups or product development is advantageous
