We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with deep expertise in the Microsoft AI ecosystem, particularly Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and implementing agentic AI solutions, including single-agent and multi-agent architectures, while leveraging enterprise data sources such as Dataverse.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI Solution Development.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and agentic solutions using Microsoft Azure AI services.
- Build intelligent copilots, virtual assistants, and multi-agent systems using Copilot Studio.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise knowledge and business data.
- Design AI architectures that combine Azure AI capabilities with Microsoft business applications.
Build solutions using:
- Azure OpenAI Service.
- Azure AI Foundry.
- Azure AI Search.
- Azure AI Agents Service.
- Azure Machine Learning (where applicable).
- Implement vector search, embeddings, semantic retrieval, and knowledge grounding strategies.
- Design orchestration patterns for AI agents and multi-agent collaboration.
- Power Platform \& Dataverse Integration.
- Integrate Dataverse data with Azure AI services to create intelligent business solutions.
- Design secure pipelines for extracting, indexing, and grounding AI responses using Dataverse data.
- Build AI-enabled experiences within Power Apps and Power Platform solutions.
- Develop Power Automate workflows that leverage AI agents and Azure AI capabilities.
- Collaborate with solution architects to ensure alignment between AI solutions and Power Platform architecture.
- Develop APIs, backend services, and integrations using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Azure Functions.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems through REST APIs, webhooks, connectors, and event-driven architectures.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and governance using Microsoft Entra ID.
- Contribute to AI platform design, deployment automation, monitoring, and operational excellence.
- AI Governance \& Optimization.
- Evaluate and improve AI solution quality, relevance, accuracy, and performance.
- Implement guardrails, responsible AI practices, content filtering, and security controls.
- Monitor AI usage, costs, latency, and model performance.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance requirements.
Required Skills \& Experience:
- Copilot Studio \& Power Platform
- Proven experience building agents using Copilot Studio.
- Experience designing multi-agent solutions and agent orchestration patterns.
- Microsoft AI SDKs
- Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Microsoft Azure certifications related to AI, Data, or Solution Architecture.
- Experience implementing evaluation frameworks, observability, and AI monitoring.
- Experience working with conversational AI, knowledge management, and enterprise search platforms.
- Familiarity with React, TypeScript, or modern frontend frameworks.
- Understanding of SaaS platforms and multi-tenant architectures.
