Journalistiken sitter fast i manuella rutiner som äter tid som borde gå till faktiskt journalistiskt arbete. Ahody automatiserar journalistens rutinarbete så att redaktionerna kan fokusera på det som kräver mänsklig skicklighet. Backend, AI och säkra system är kärnan i det vi bygger, och det är där du kommer att lägga din tid. Vi söker dig som redan tänker AI\-first och som drivs av mer än att lösa tickets. Du ser möjligheter innan de är uppenbara, tar ägarskap utan att bli ombedd och trivs i en miljö där din kod faktiskt avgör hur produkten utvecklas. Du är inte rädd för att ifrågasätta hur vi gör saker och du förväntas göra det. Ahody har betalande kunder, nyligen stängt en investeringsrunda och är ny huvudpartner till Sveriges Tidskrifter. It's the right time to jump in. **YOU WILL WORK WITH** * Agent architecture for editorial content * RAG pipelines and retrieval against vector databases * Integrations with CMS systems * Postgres for database management **WE THINK YOU** * Are entrepreneurial by nature — you see what needs to be done and do it, without waiting for instructions * Want to help transform an industry, not just ship features * Have built and deployed AI\-driven systems in production — this is a requirement, not a bonus * Think AI\-first and actively use tools like Claude Code in your daily work * Have strong experience with Python, FastAPI, and async flows * Know how to design and evaluate prompts, not just write them * Communicate fluently in Swedish and English **REQUIREMENTS** Must\-have: * Strong Python skills (at least two years of experience) * Experience working with API layers * PostgreSQL Nice to have: * PydanticAI / LangChain * RAG architecture * Graph databases * Embeddings and vector search * Locally hosted LLM Bonus: * Experience from the media industry **WHERE AND HOW** We have an office in Norrtälje and appreciate you being there regularly, but we're pragmatic and remote works.
