AI Automation Expert

We are looking for an AI Automation Expert who can design and implement smart, scalable automation solutions for international clients. The role requires someone who understands business problems and converts them into efficient automated workflows using modern tools and AI\-driven systems. This position is critical in improving operational efficiency and delivering high\-value solutions to our clients. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, and similar platforms * Analyze client requirements and propose practical, solution\-oriented automation strategies * Integrate multiple platforms (CRM, marketing tools, databases, APIs) into seamless workflows * Build and optimize AI\-based automations using tools like OpenAI APIs, chatbots, and other AI platforms * Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing automation systems for performance and reliability * Work closely with Project Managers and clients to understand use cases and deliver solutions accordingly * Ensure documentation of workflows and maintain clear process records * Stay updated with the latest AI and automation trends and suggest improvements in internal processes **Required Skills \& Qualifications:** * 3–4 years of hands\-on experience in automation development * Strong expertise in Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, or similar automation tools * Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations * Basic understanding of programming/scripting (JavaScript or Python preferred) * Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, and automation use cases in business operations * Experience working with international clients and understanding their expectations * Strong problem\-solving and analytical thinking skills * Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions **Soft Skills:** * Solution\-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and scalability * Strong communication skills (written and verbal) * Ownership and accountability for projects * Ability to work independently and in a fast\-paced environment **What We Expect at TriVA:** * Proactive approach in identifying automation opportunities * Ownership of client solutions from requirement to execution * Continuous improvement mindset – not just building but optimizing
