Urtasker’s brand management division manages presence across Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop, ensuring brands remain competitive while clients focus on scaling. **Role Description** This is a full\-time, remote role for an AI Agent Engineer at Urtasker. The AI Agent Engineer will design, build, and maintain AI agents and automation workflows that support e\-commerce operations, including tasks such as product listing optimization, campaign monitoring, and marketplace support. The role involves translating business requirements from marketing, PPC, and brand management teams into AI\-driven tools, prompts, and integrations. The engineer will prototype, test, and refine agents using real operational data, monitor performance, and iterate to improve reliability, speed, and accuracy. Day\-to\-day work includes collaborating with cross\-functional stakeholders, documenting solutions, ensuring data security and compliance, and continuously evaluating new AI technologies that can enhance Urtasker’s service offerings. **Qualifications** * Strong software engineering skills, including proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript) and experience building production\-ready services or automations. * Hands\-on experience with AI/ML technologies, such as large language models, vector databases, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks or orchestration tools. * Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and integrations, ideally including e\-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop) or advertising platforms (e.g., Amazon PPC tools). * Demonstrated ability to design, test, and iterate on AI agents or automation workflows using real\-world business data and user feedback. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and measurable outcomes. * Clear written and verbal communication skills for documenting systems, collaborating with non\-technical partners, and explaining complex concepts simply. * Experience working in remote, cross\-functional teams and managing workload independently in a fast\-paced environment. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in e\-commerce, ad tech, or marketing automation is a plus.
