Role Description The Agentic AI \& ML Trainer + Mentor is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore District. This role involves designing and delivering structured training programs on AI, machine learning, and agentic AI systems to learners at various skill levels. The Trainer will prepare curricula, learning materials, labs, and projects, and will conduct interactive sessions, workshops, and hands-on coding exercises. Day-to-day responsibilities include mentoring learners individually and in groups, reviewing project work, providing actionable feedback, and supporting learners in building real-world AI/ML applications. The role also includes staying current with emerging AI and ML tools, frameworks, and best practices, collaborating with other trainers, and contributing to continuous improvement of course content and teaching methods.
Qualifications
- Solid foundation in AI and ML concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, model evaluation, prompt engineering, and agentic AI workflows).
- Hands-on experience with relevant tools and technologies (e.g., Python, ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, data processing libraries, and modern AI platforms or LLM-based tools).
- Proven ability to design and deliver structured training programs, including curricula, lesson plans, practical exercises, and real-world projects.
- Strong mentoring, coaching, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language to diverse learners.
- Experience facilitating classroom or lab-based learning environments and managing group dynamics in an on-site setting.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and an aptitude for guiding learners through debugging, experimentation, and iterative improvement of their projects.
- Commitment to inclusive, learner-centric teaching practices and the ability to support learners with varying backgrounds and experience levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field; an advanced degree, professional certifications, or equivalent practical experience is an advantage.
- Prior industry experience in AI/ML projects, product development, or applied research is highly beneficial.
