**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Implement the after\-sales service strategy for the Nordic region in line with Midea global standards and regional business objectives.
* Manage and continuously improve service operations, including installation support, repairs, spare parts management, warranties and returns.
* Manage and evaluate external authorized service partners, ensuring service quality, cost efficiency and compliance with Midea service standards.
* Monitor and improve key service KPIs such as response time, repair lead time, first\-time fix rate, warranty cost and customer satisfaction.
* Act as the main escalation point for complex service cases, customer complaints and quality issues.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, Product Management and Finance to ensure smooth end\-to\-end customer support.
* Ensure effective spare parts availability and logistics in coordination with regional and global supply chain teams.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, digital service tools and service reporting.
* Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, consumer protection laws and Midea Group policies.
* Provide regular reporting, analysis and recommendations to regional management and headquarters.
**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
* University degree in engineering or a related technical field.
* Customer Experience Management – Ability to design and lead customercentric service processes.
* Process Design \& Optimization – Skilled in mapping and improving operational workflows.
* Contract Negotiation – Strong capability to define terms and manage service
* agreements.
* Spare Parts Logistics – Understanding of inventory forecasting and distribution strategies.
* CRM \& Systems Integration – Experience with customer relationship management tools and service platforms.
* Analytical Thinking – Ability to interpret data and KPIs to drive decisions.
* Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory for this position, and any knowledge of Scandinavian language will be an advantag.
