**Job Title: Administrative Officer (Admin \+ Outreach Support) – Remote** We are hiring a proactive and detail\-oriented **Administrative Officer** to support our Meditation Teacher Training Program. This is a **virtual role** combining administrative coordination with outreach and communication responsibilities. If you have strong writing skills and can confidently engage with leads via email, this role is for you. **Key Responsibilities:** • Manage daily administrative operations and workflows • Draft and send professional emails to prospective participants • Follow up with leads to support program enrollment • Maintain records, documents, and contact databases • Schedule meetings, calls, and program sessions • Manage inbox and respond to inquiries promptly • Coordinate with internal teams for task execution • Assist with reports, documents, and program materials **Requirements:** • Strong written communication (American English preferred) • Ability to write clear, persuasive emails • Highly organized and detail\-oriented • Self\-motivated and able to work independently • Strong time management and multitasking skills • Experience handling client or participant communication **Qualifications:** • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) • 2\+ years of administrative or similar experience • Experience with email communication or lead follow\-ups • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace • CRM or email marketing tools experience is a plus **What We’re Looking For:** • Someone who takes initiative • A reliable and professional communicator • Detail\-focused and organized • Comfortable working remotely
