We are partnering with a leading organisation to identify an experienced professional specializing in staff accommodation and camp management.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage staff \& labor accommodation across multiple locations
• Oversee camp operations (maintenance, hygiene \& compliance)
• Track check\-in/check\-out and occupancy records
• Handle vendor negotiations (landlords, camp providers)
• Resolve accommodation \& transport\-related issues
• Coordinate workforce transportation logistics
🔹 Candidate Profile
• 7\+ years UAE experience (Abu Dhabi preferred)
• Strong exposure to large\-scale labor accommodation management
• Proven vendor management \& coordination skills
• Experience in workforce transport logistics.
