Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated Administrative and HR Coordinator to join our team in Islamabad. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality within the HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and managing office supplies.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Support HR initiatives by assisting with recruitment activities, benefits administration, and employee engagement programs.
  • Process payroll data accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to all relevant regulations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and directing queries to appropriate departments when necessary.

Required Qualifications

Experience \& Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Human Resources Management.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in administrative and HR support roles.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with HRIS and Payroll software.
  • Strong data entry, record-keeping, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain confidentiality.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) or Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Pakistan.
