Job Description
We’re Hiring: Admin Virtual Assistant (Real Estate / Construction) At SolPro Digital, we provide high\-performing Virtual Assistants to clients across the U.S., and we’re currently looking for a detail\-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to support a fast\-growing real estate \& construction business. If you’re someone who thrives on organization, follow\-ups, and keeping projects running smoothly then this role is for you. What You’ll Be Responsible For: • Managing subcontractor documentation, insurance, and compliance • Preparing bids, estimates, and tracking submissions • Handling invoicing and maintaining outstanding payment reports • Scheduling construction projects (house\-by\-house basis) • Coordinating material orders and tracking deliveries • Monitoring subcontractor performance and daily job reports • Attending virtual client/homebuyer meetings and taking notes • Creating and following up on action items across teams • Managing emails, calls, and calendars efficiently • Supporting bookkeeping and resolving issues in QuickBooks • Ensuring smooth coordination between operations and marketing teams What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Project Coordinator, or Operations Assistant • Experience in real estate or construction (highly preferred) • Strong command of English (spoken \& written) • Excellent organizational and follow\-up skills • Comfortable working U.S. business hours • Tech\-savvy (CRM tools, spreadsheets, and QuickBooks) • Reliable, proactive, and detail\-oriented
