Job Description
**Responsibilities:**
\- Manage and oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
\- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and calendar events.
\- Handle correspondence, including emails, memos, and other forms of communication.
\- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
\- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
\- Support human resources activities, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining records.
\- Implement and enforce office policies and procedures.
\- Liaise with other departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
\- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
\- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
**Requirements:**
\- Proven experience as an administrative officer, administrator, or in a similar role.
\- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and office equipment.
\- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\- Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills.
\- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
**Qualifications:**
\- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
\- 3\-5 years of experience in an administrative role.
\- Demonstrable experience with office management systems and procedures.
\- Professional certification in office administration or related field is considered an asset.
**Working Conditions:**
\- Full\-time position with regular office hours.
\- On\-site work setting, requiring presence in the office during working hours.
\- Ability to handle occasional stressful situations and deadlines.
