is hiring a Admin Officer (Male) in Karachi.
**Job Summary**
We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented Admin Officer to manage administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in attendance management using Timetrax software, employee record handling, and office administration.
**Administrative Responsibilities**
* Manage office administration and daily operational support
* Coordinate with vendors and service providers
* Maintain office supplies and inventory records
* Handle staff coordination and administrative reporting
* Ensure smooth office operations and discipline
**Required Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
* 2–4 years of experience in
**HR \& Administration**
* Practical experience with the
**Timetrax attendance management system**
* Strong knowledge of office administration
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
