Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, detail\-oriented Admin Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our office; managing day\-to\-day administrative functions, supporting leadership, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. ****Responsibilities****
· Manage day\-to\-day office operations and administrative activities.
· Handle facility management, maintenance requests, and office repairs.
· Manage company assets and maintain inventory records.
· Handle vendor coordination, procurement of office supplies, and maintenance of office equipment.
· Process and track invoices, expense reports, and petty cash.
· Assist HR with onboarding logistics, attendance tracking, and employee record maintenance.
· Serve as the first point of contact for administrative and network queries from internal teams and external stakeholders.
· Support the planning and execution of internal events, team activities, and company meetings.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
· Supervise and manage responsibilities of the office support staff.
· Set up and configure laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.
· Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for advanced technical support.
· Assist in troubleshooting internet, network, and connectivity issues.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 2–4 years of experience in administration, IT support, or a similar role.
· Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
· Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and common business applications.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
