Delivered by Professional Careers Training \& Recruitment-a UK-based training and recruitment firm- the Accounting Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Johar Town, Lahore, operating on an afternoon/evening shift (1:30 PM – 10:00 PM).
The trainer plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between practical accounting standards and job readiness by delivering clear, high-impact instruction on core accounting principles, regulatory compliance, and key financial software (such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage).

, this role requires close collaboration with clients and internal teams to customise learning content for diverse learning styles. Beyond core training, the trainer directly contributes to organisational growth by delivering pitch presentations, fostering client relationships, and providing ongoing post-training guidance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver tailored training sessions covering bookkeeping, financial accounting, VAT, payroll processing, and usage of accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage 50, and Xero.
- Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and comprehensive guides to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
- Evaluate trainee progress regularly and provide constructive, actionable feedback to improve performance and ensure mastery of key accounting concepts and skills.
- Stay current with evolving financial accounting standards, including IFRS, and incorporate relevant updates into training content to maintain industry alignment.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand and address specific training needs and adapt materials accordingly to suit different learning preferences.
- Provide post-training support to ensure trainees apply their newly acquired skills confidently in practical settings.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations aimed at potential clients to support business growth objectives.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall development and success of the company.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to training programs, trainee attendance, and progress for monitoring and evaluation purposes.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and levels of prior knowledge among trainees.
- Uphold high standards of professional communication and client relationship management to foster trust and lasting partnerships.
