Accounting & Reconciliation Analyst [immediate hire]

We’re Urgently Hiring: Accounting \& Reconciliation Analyst (Accountant) – E\-commerce Portfolio Location: Dubai, UAE \| Amanatech AI Group Work Setup: On\-site (Office near Downtown Financial District) **Immediate joiners only (within 2 weeks)** Amanatech AI Group is looking for a Junior Accountant to support our growing e\-commerce operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong fundamentals in accounting who is looking to gain hands\-on exposure across multiple business verticals and regions within a fast\-scaling AI and e\-commerce group. You will be part of a friendly, high\-performance, and youthful team, working in a fast\-paced, data\-driven environment. Role Overview You will be responsible for bookkeeping, general ledger management, and financial reporting, with exposure to reconciliation processes and exception handling. The role reports directly to the Treasury and Finance Manager, with hands\-on management and mentorship. Key Responsibilities * Perform daily bookkeeping and accounting entries with approved software system * Audit checklist, records maintenance and special register maintenance * Maintain and update the general ledger (GL) with accuracy * Support accounts payable and expense tracking * Assist in monthly reporting and financial data preparation * Support transaction reconciliation processes (payments, settlements, bank data) * Identify and flag discrepancies or exceptions for further review * Work closely with the finance team on data accuracy and reporting timelines Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field * **Minimum 2 years experience, maximum 3 years experience** in UAE in a formal accounting or bookkeeping role.
