**Accounting Manager \| $150K \+ Bonus \+ Equity \| Irvine, CA (Onsite)** A publicly traded, high\-growth technology company is hiring an **Accounting Manager** to join their leadership team in Irvine. This is a high\-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands\-on in the day\-to\-day while also helping build scalable processes, systems, and a strong accounting function for future growth. You’ll play a key role in: • Owning the month\-end close process and delivering accurate financial reporting • Leading process improvements and strengthening internal controls • Supporting ERP implementation and system upgrades • Partnering with leadership on budgets, forecasts, and operating performance • Assisting with SEC reporting and public company compliance • Helping integrate acquired businesses as the company continues to grow • Mentoring and developing a small accounting team Ideal background: • 5\+ years of accounting experience • Public company and/or technology industry experience preferred • Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge • CPA highly preferred • Experience with SOX 404, ASC 606, ASC 842, consolidations, or M\&A is a plus • ERP implementation experience strongly preferred • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves while also leading initiatives Why consider it: • $150K base salary • Performance bonus \+ equity • 100% employer\-paid medical • 401(k) match • Strong work/life balance • Growth\-focused environment with executive visibility If you’d like to learn more, message me directly.
