Accounting Manager

**Job Title:** Accounting Manager **Location:** Chicago, IL (Hybrid \- 3 days in office) **Type:** Full\-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire **Pay Range:** $120,000 \- $125,000 base salary plus bonus **Benefits:** Annual incentive and a benefits package to all full\-time employees including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan match, health savings accounts, etc. **Company: Start\-Up Tech Company** **Key Responsibilities:** * Month\-end close * Implement financial systems and processes * Financial reporting * FP\&A * Internal controls * Audit * Mentor and develop team members **Key Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s in Accounting * CPA preferred * 4\-10 years in accounting * Familiarity with SaaS, legal services, or high\-growth startup environments is a plus
